Mulla Muhammad Riza, Haji ‘Abd Allah, and Aqa Baba Khan, sons of the deceased Aqa Muhammad Baqir, son of Haji Kalb ‘Ali from Khuzan, have settled the twelve tumans of the inheritance; dated August 5, 1853. On verso: the brothers have paid part of their share as khums [one-fifth tithe], setting aside a fraction their sister; dated October 4, 1853.

Sayyid Abu al-Qasim's complaint against his brother
Sayyid Abu al-Qasim Tajir (merchant) from Usku, son of Mir Kazim Tajir, made a complaint against his brother, Sayyid Muhammad Tajir from Usku, regarding his share from their paternal inheritance and other properties, as well as the money he loaned to Haji Sayyid Muhammad's wife (daughter of Mir Hashim). Although his claim was denied, the brothers made a settlement to resolve the dispute in which Sayyid Muhammad agreed to pay seventy tumans to Sayyid Abu al-Qasim.

Settlement between Nasr Allah and Riza Quli, 1894
The late Haji Aqa Zanjani, son of the late Haji Muhammad Baqir, transferred all his inherited belongings to his mother, Mihr Jahan Khanum. Mihr Jahan Khanum transferred all the belongings to her older brother, Haji Nasr Allah (son of the late Haji Muhammad Kazim). Here, Haji Nasr Allah settles these properties with Mu‘tamid al-Sultan Riza Quli Khan Sartip [brigadier] in exchange for four hundred and ninety tumans.

Land settlements, 1846 to 1858
Haji Badi‘, son of ‘Ali Muhammad, had assigned Aqa Hasan as the executor of his will. He asked Aqa Hasan to sell a piece of property that he had purchased to pay back his debts and to use the rest for other expenses, such as hiring people to pray and fast on his behalf. On March 20, 1846, after Haji Badi‘'s death, Aqa Hasan sold this property to Haji Mirza Muhammad Husayn, the guardian of the deceased's underage children, for forty tumans and five thousand dinars.
